The Tecate SCORE Baja 1000
The granddaddy of all desert races, the legendary Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 attracts adventurers from around the world. Held annually in the treacherous and unforgiving Mexican desert, the race is the crown jewel of SCORE Desert racing, attracting over 350 entries from 30 States and a dozen countries each year, including Jesse James, NASCAR champion Robby Gordon and action sports stars Cameron Steele and Travis Pastrana. Its grueling course runs through villages along the peninsula luring nearly 200,000 spectators. Little more than half of the racers will finish this incredible test of man and machine where mechanical failures and vehicle flip-overs are all part of the ride.
The Tecate SCORE Baja 250
The tiny fishing village of San Felipe on the eastern side of Baja, Mexico is the racing ground for motorcycles, buggies, ATVs, and trophy trucks during the Tecate SCORE Baja 250. The course begins and ends at the landmark San Felipe arches and loops through a strenuous 240-miles of the remote desert community. Racers must complete three challenging and diverse natural washes that are often filled with water. Professional and rookies fight for the best position while rushing to complete the race within a 10-hour time limit.
The SCORE Las Vegas Primm 300
This notorious dusty duel in the desert takes place thirty-five miles south of glitzy Las Vegas, near the Nevada/California border. The SCORE Las Vegas Primm 300 features more than 200 cars and trucks vying for class wins and the overall best time as they complete four 74-mile laps in the rugged Southern Nevada desert
The SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge
The SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge, the most unique and popular desert race in the U.S., takes 150 plus drivers through 11 miles of rough desert terrain. Racers complete multiple laps on an abbreviated 5-6 mile course on the banks of the Colorado River. More than 25,000 spectators huddle near the Laughlin Resort Casino district to see the special man-made portion of the course filled with jumps and bumps. Suspense builds as finishing positions are determined by the total elapsed racing time over a two-day period.
The Tecate SCORE Baja 500
The Tecate SCORE Baja 500 brings over 325 entries (cars, trucks, motorcycles and ATVs) to Baja California to race for nearly 150,000 rabid fans scattered along the race route. The course starts and finishes in Ensenada, Mexico, on the Pacific Ocean side of the majestic peninsula. The racing action is fierce, covering every type of terrain Baja has to offer from blistering deserts to spine-chilling, rock-strewn mountain passes. Over 50,000 SCORE fans join the finish-line fiesta inside the Deportivo Antonio Palacio baseball stadium.
The SCORE Las Vegas Terrible's Cup
The newest event on the SCORE desert racing calendar is the SCORE Las Vegas Terrible's Cup I, held on a 1.5-mile track in and around the famed Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This special non-points, two-day event spotlights the unbelievable 800-horsepower, high-tech SCORE Trophy-Trucks as well as the unlimited Class 1 cars. Featuring a special man-made ‘chunk of Baja’ course, SCORE’s First Las Vegas Terrible’s Cup attracted some of the world’s best desert racers.
